WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Support the lead strategist to grow client GMV by >10% each month
- Keep customer-support tickets at < 24 h average resolution
- Achieve 4.8 + seller rating and < 1 % order-defect rate for all brands
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update product titles, images, and pricing to keep listings compliant and optimised
- Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and refund requests with empathy and speed
- Configure and monitor shipping integrations; flag fulfilment issues before they snowball
- Help onboard new clients—gather assets, set up access, and tick every box on the launch checklist
- Compile weekly KPI snapshots (GMV, ODR, reviews) in Google Sheets for the team
- Document SOPs and suggest improvements to make each process faster and cleaner
