WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Scale each assigned brand to $100K+ monthly TikTok Shop revenue within your first 6 months
• Grow profitably — keep contribution margins on target while expanding ad and creator budgets 30%+
• Build repeatable growth systems and SOPs that your squad adopts 100% of the time
• Turn insights into action fast — review dashboards daily, spot opportunities, and pivot strategy before competitors do
• Become the go-to strategist founders trust to identify new growth levers and reinvestment opportunities

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set the growth plan – decide product lineup, promo calendar, creative angles, and paid/organic mix
• Lead your squad – align media buyer, analyst, and creator manager around one clear revenue goal
• Win with creators – recruit, brief, and optimise creators; scale top performers and fix underperformers fast
• Stay on the numbers – review dashboards daily, act on insights, and make quick pivots when data shifts
• Drive client confidence – run weekly revenue calls, surface new growth levers, and approve reinvestment budgets
• Build playbooks – turn your best wins and learnings into SOPs that help every strategist scale faster
